Magnetic Silk of a Spider

Scientists from England and Denmark have used the silk of
the Nephila edulis spider to create extremely stable magnetic
microfibers.
The tropical Nephila has extremely strong
and elastic threads which are even used by the inhabitants of
the Salomon Islands to catch fish.
